I think the rooms need a bit more sanitisation,saw a baby cockroach scampering. Also they need to do something about preventing blackouts although was a short one. Overall it's ok Bonus points - room service from Biscotti restaurant Pleasant and helpful staff

No breakfast but lots of restaurants nearby. Walking distance to Nagoya Foodcourt, Nagoya Funcity, DC Mall and Nagoya Hill Mall. The staff are super friendly and the hotel is spotless! Kudos to housekeeping team.
